1. General terms
- 1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to users benefiting from the technical capabilities of the Super Optik Tech platform and forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the user and Super Optik Tech.
- 1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, storing, processing, using and protecting the user’s personal data.
- 1.3. During registration, sign-in, service ordering or other use of the platform, the user enters personal data into the platform and consents to its use. Data may also be collected through questions answered on the platform.
- 1.4. The user freely and voluntarily decides to submit personal data and other information to the platform and consents to such data being processed by Super Optik Tech or transferred to third parties for processing where necessary.
- 1.5. Processing of personal data includes actions such as collection, storage, use, protection, limited sharing and, when required, destruction.

- 1.6.2. Expanding the types of services offered on the platform and extending the scope of activity of Super Optik Tech.

- 1.6.4. Preventing and identifying unlawful or unauthorized actions by users or third parties.
- 1.6.5. Compliance with applicable law.
- 1.7. The platform may collect the following types of information about the user:
- 1.7.1. Personal information entered by the user such as name, surname, phone number, address, order location and other order-related information. If the user signs in through social media accounts, the platform may also collect profile information permitted by that service.
- 1.7.2. Technical information automatically collected by software when the platform is accessed.
- 1.8. Super Optik Tech does not intentionally collect or use data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political views, party or union membership, criminal record, health, private life, biometric or genetic data.

- 1.13. The user may at any time update, partially delete or otherwise correct personal or other information submitted through the platform.
- 1.14. The user is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information submitted.
- 1.15. Super Optik Tech applies reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access by third parties.
- 1.16. All personal data collected and processed through the platform is stored on one or more protected servers. Internal confidentiality obligations apply to employees who have access to such databases.
